Business Partner Agreement
This Business Partner Agreement explains the responsibilities of businesses that use FundU to create fundraising offers from their products or services.
Business Partner Participation
Business partners use FundU to create fundraising offers from their products or services. Participation requires accurate business information, responsible offer management, and fulfillment of paid orders.
Business Profile Accuracy
Business partners are responsible for the accuracy of business name, address, support email, phone, website, logos, headers, fulfillment methods, and shipping or from-address information.
Catalog and Inventory
Business partners are responsible for product names, descriptions, images, categories, SKUs, prices, inventory quantity, and availability. Business partners should review catalog information before using items in fundraising offers.
Connected Integrations
Business partners may connect Shopify, Square, Clover, and future providers such as Wix, GoDaddy, and Toast.
FundU may sync products, variants, categories, modifiers, pricing, inventory, merchant details, and raw provider data needed to operate syncs.
Sync Accuracy
Sync is currently based on manual or API pulls and may not always be real-time. Business partners remain responsible for reviewing synced items before creating offers and for maintaining accurate offer information.
Offer Creation and Profit Splits
Business partners create offers and set business partner and non-profit profit splits. Splits are captured at checkout for completed purchase records.
Fulfillment Responsibility
Business partners are responsible for fulfilling paid orders, including pickup, delivery, shipping, digital or service delivery, or any other fulfillment method shown to customers.
Taxes and Compliance
Taxes are currently the business partner's responsibility unless otherwise supported by FundU or Stripe in the future. Business partners must comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, food safety rules, product restrictions, and business requirements.
Refunds and Disputes
Business partners may be responsible for refunds, chargebacks, failed fulfillment, customer complaints, and related costs depending on the transaction and circumstances.
FundU Platform Controls
FundU may hide, remove, suspend, or deactivate business partner profiles, offers, catalog items, or campaigns when FundU believes action is appropriate for platform integrity, compliance, or operational reasons.
Rights to Display Business Partner Content
Business partners grant FundU permission to display product images, descriptions, logos, business details, and offer information as needed to operate, promote, and support fundraising campaigns on the platform.
Integration Disconnects
Business partners may disconnect integrations where supported, but synced records may remain for completed transactions, reporting, compliance, and operational history.
